Google's Android operative system does not infringe Oracle's Coffee patents, a jury in San Francisco plant Wednesday in a setback for Oracle.
The jury delivered its verdict after much than a hebdomad of deliberations. It found atomic number 102 infraction of some of the claims in two Java-related patents Oracle had declared, homage documents show.

The reissued patent was awarded to James River Gosling, the Sun technologist often called the father of Java.
